Not all modular companies follow the International Building Code as they should. The International Building Code is used in 47 states plus Washington DC. Most on a state wide level and some on a local level.
It is Wilmot Modular's responsibility to help educate buyers on the code issues that we are faced with when engineering or designing modular structures, therefore allowing them to make safe and informed decisions.
